It is a fact of life - we, along with our pets, are going to get older. Some of us, and some or our dogs, will do it more gracefully than others. Some of us, and some of our dogs, will live long, active, healthy lives with very little medical problems - some of us won't be so lucky. You might have first noticed a change in your dog=s behavior. When you go for a walk instead of staying up with you or even running ahead you may have had to call them to keep up, perhaps they were limping or even carrying a hind leg.
